So I asked them what the reason was for deleting this part of the post, and they blamed me for a bunch of spammy comments at the top of the thread (like someone I am not, I have not made the comments... I have not even had the chance to read the email they sent me...:). So I asked why in their opinion I would need to spam in threads they are not even my customers/partners/colleagues, talking about encryption software.. I replied to the email that this is not how you treat people, and that I think it is despicable behavior. But they did NOT answer the email, and I have not received any notice from them, they simply deleted the part I said I need to talk to them about.
I have also tried to talk to them on their facebook page (is that the right term?) but they have not answered me. I have asked them why they were doing this (again, not about me, I have not done anything to them), and got a bunch of answers like "it was probably spam", "It happens all the time", "We don't really care, we deserve it", "I'm just doing my job, you better not try and act more mature", "You know, you get what you need, it's your problem". So I asked again for a reason, because as they said to me, I am a "young person..."
At last I sent them an email to their support forum and asked them again for a reason, and this time they opened a thread (a thread that is not even mine) and I suggested them to open it and as a result their admin did not delete the thread. In the thread is a link to my old post with the question I asked them about. I sent them another email to the thread, asking again about the reason behind the original deletion. I received no reply (which happened e.g.
So I asked them what the status is and within a couple of hours they approved and posted the question BUT they deleted from the source the part about the entropy, answering just the secondary question.
After several emails with Linoma developers it appears that their python source code does not have an "accumulateEntropy" function which is secured, but could easily be found and changed, so the fix will be simple. d2c66b5586
